But of course! You can define your own margin for each supplier. You can see for each supplier, whether the product prices are purchase or sales prices. Depending on that, you can increase by a certain margin or decrease by a discount factor. The same applies to variable and fixed processing costs. You can find this function in Promidata Dashboard under margin settings.
In the Shopware Backoffice of your webshop. Here you can log in with your login details and then click on ‘Catalogues’ in the main menu: ‘Products’. Here you can see all the products in your shop. In the ‘Updated date’ column, you can see the relevant date.
Our web shops are hosted at our hosting partner in Germany. This has the latest, Cloud-based server technology available. The Hosting Centre that is ISO 270001 certified and meets the strictest requirements.
By default, Promidata Webshop allows payment via prepayment, on account, payment on receipt. Upon request, plug-ins can be installed for other payment providers: e.g. Paypal, Mollie, MultiSafePay, etc.
Of course! Many customers today ask for their own webshop to be supplied by you as a distributor, or they want to set up such a customer shop together with you. For this, we are at your disposal with all our experience. The adaptation of logos and colours according to the customer's house style is as much a part of our work as the search for suitable modules or the programming of specific modules ourselves, which are necessary to meet all your customers' requirements.

Definitely! It's important to keep redecorating your homepage at all times, much like a shop's window display. Log in to your webshop's Shopware BackOffice and click Content > Shopping Experiences > Open your homepage > Open your slider by clicking the cogwheel.
Here you can easily upload new slides, delete existing ones or change the order. Remember to link the slides with a link. This way, the customer can be directed to another page on your webshop or another website with a click on the slide.
Promidata Webshop offers a newsletter registration function. Here, visitors to your website / webshop can enter their e-mail address and register for your newsletter. In the BackOffice, you can manage the newsletter registrations and view a list of recipients. We recommend a tool such as Mailchimp for creating and sending the newsletter.
Besides the integrated intelligent search functionality, the webshop visitor has a filter navigation at his disposal. Filtering is possible by category, colour, brand and price. The webshop also offers an ‘extended search function’. There you can search by name, description, item number, delivery time, etc., and of course in combination with multiple search criteria.
Problem-free! We provide icons from the social media channels for this purpose: Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, YouTube, XING, Instagram. These can be integrated and linked into your webshop.
Of course! At first, we will set up a StoreView for you, i.e. a language version. However, the webshop can be multilingual and the product data are available in several languages, depending on the supplier. Upon request, we can set up the page together with you and e.g. activate an extended StoreView for ‘English’. To do this, you must of course create all your pages in English. The advantage of the Shopware webshop is that all languages are possible.
Of course! Nowadays, it is absolutely essential that an online shop is ‘responsive’, i.e. that it can be displayed on all mobile devices. This is standard with us.
Sure! Once your webshop has been set up, we will provide you with login details for the backend of your new Promidata Webshop.
In the best way, automated as offers or orders in our ERP system Promotional Office! If you're not already using this great product from Promidata, you'll receive webshop requests and orders via e-mail. This includes all information (customer data, item data, shipping data, etc.). For this, you give us an appropriate e-mail address in the shop. Of course, you can also view all orders in the Promidata Webshop Backend.

Definitely! And we recommend it - both in terms of customer service and Google findability. In short, you can create an unlimited number of pages and fill them with content. The more self-written texts with relevant content you have, the more positively it will affect your Google ranking. The emphasis should be that you provide as much interesting information to your customers or potential customers as possible. When it comes to promotional products, the following immediately catch my eye: explanation of the various methods of printing and editing options, effectiveness of promotional products, examples of successful marketing campaigns with promotional products, a guide to ordering promotional items with information on printing templates, etc. Also recommended are always standard pages such as about us/team, our services, delivery and shipping, legal information, etc.
Of course! Every word/phrase, every image/banner you insert anywhere in your webshop can have a link placed under it. You can also specify whether the link should open in an existing window or in a new window.
Of course! Samples are a must-have in the Promotional Products industry anyway. Compared to other forms of promotion, promotional products are specifically about feeling. When the customer has found an interesting product in the webshop, there are 3 options: Add to cart, Order sample or request a quote. A Sample order is exactly the same as a normal order; in any case, Samples are always unprocessed. There are various settings for Sample orders: a maximum number of samples per product, maximum number of samples in total, surcharge on samples, .....
No problem! There is a standard module for this too. With it, you can adjust the format of your songs.
Buying a webshop makes no sense, as it will be completely obsolete - technically, functionally and with regard to item data - after a year at the latest. This is why we offer Promidata Webshop exclusively as a rental option. You pay a fixed monthly fee and receive the webshop for this, including regular security updates, functional updates, product updates as well as first-class support. When ordering a new webshop, one-off set-up costs are included.

For most requirements and ideas, we have modules that just need to be installed. Most modules are already available €100-500 plus set-up. However, we also have an in-house team of programmers, so we can implement all customer requests flexibly and individually.
