Yes. You customise the layout of your forms, such as quotations and invoices, so they match your own brand.
You install Promotional Office through your browser with ClickOnce, an installation technology from Microsoft for Windows. Depending on your browser, you first add ClickOnce support. Our ClickOnce guide explains how for each browser.
Yes. In a quotation you click the Promotional Sourcing button in the item card. You search for the product, configure it with printing and click Use in Promotional Office. The item line, including the print configuration, is then added to your quotation. More about Promotional Sourcing.
Yes. Requests and orders from your Promidata Webshop come in automatically as quotations or orders in Promotional Office. Without Promotional Office you receive them by email, with all customer, item and shipping details.
